KATIE HERRON

Katie Herron grew up in a small town in the great state of Louisiana. She met her husband, Brock, when she took a huge leap of faith and moved to Chattanooga, TN. What a great adventure they have been on since! Now, they live in South Florida and have joined a local church where Katie met Jessica.  Together, their hearts have birthed this non-profit. Katie and Brock's son, Waylon, was born at 32 weeks through spontaneous labor which rocked their world. Waylon spent two months in the NICU where they dealt with breathing issues as he was learning how to suck, swallow, and breathe. Once Waylon was home, he still continued to struggle with sucking, swallowing, and breathing which caused it to be difficult to breastfeed. Katie was forced into the "Exclusively Pumping Mama" club, so Waylon fed with a preemie nipple to help with breathing during feedings until he learned this motor skill. After four and a half months of struggling, he finally learned and is now a thriving brilliant little boy.

When Waylon was seven months old, Katie and Brock found out that they were pregnant again, and they were thrilled! Six weeks into the pregnancy, she experienced a devastating miscarriage. Shattered, mourning, broken, and feeling hopeless, she felt like she would never be able to have her heart healed of this terrible hurt ….but God! By sharing her story, surrounding herself with Godly people, and hanging onto God Himself, she has been able to gain healing. Since her miscarriage in 2015, she and her husband have been praying and waiting for their rainbow baby. They have experienced the NICU, miscarriage, and now infertility. They still believe God will make 'all' things work together for GOOD! Her desire is to see a community of women join together,  love on one another, and help other women get through some of the toughest times in their lives.

JESSICA VIZECKY

Jessica, a Pennsylvania native, relocated to South Florida in June 2009 where she met her husband, Matt, in 2011. By May 2013, they were married.  After 2 and a half years of marriage,  they found out they were expecting a child and would be due in February 2016.  After 6 weeks of pregnancy, Jessica learned that she had miscarried the baby.  Heartbroken but fully aware of God's mercy, promises, and power, Jessica and Matt knew that God would bless them with another child. After five months of fervent prayer and worship, they found out they were expecting their rainbow baby, Keegan.  Keegan was born at 37 weeks in June 2016.  The day after delivery, Keegan was sent to the NICU at St. Mary's Hospital where he spent 12 days.  Keegan, to this day, is being monitored for kidney re-flux.

Two miscarriages later and a NICU stay, Jessica prayed that God would redeem her pain and birth something new from it.  In the middle of prayer one morning, God put NICU Care Packages on her heart, and she couldn't wait to share it with her friend, Katie, who had also experienced the same heartache as her.  Together they founded Eve's Victory.

Jessica has made it her mission to come alongside and encourage other women walking through the same battles that she once faced and has now conquered, not by her own strength but with the help of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
