Year round we will be accepting knitted hats and placing them into each NICU Care Package. These hats are very important to sick and growing babies as most babies do not have the ability to stabilize their own body temperature. If you already have a pattern for a knitted or crochet baby hat feel free to use it, if not please click the button below for "Patterns we suggest". : Please note that most times we do not know the gender of the child receiving the hat so we suggest white, grey, and cream for hat colors but of course we will accept any color. :
 

As we receive these beautiful pouches for babies that are born too soon; we will be bringing them to local hospitals to have on hand along with other items in our Infant Loss Care Package. The design of the crocheted tentacles gives the babies something to hold and squeeze, and that can be a good thing for regulating everything from oxygen intake to heartbeats. What's more, the tentacles might be helpful at keeping the tiny patients from pulling out their tubes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The yarn and all materials used for decorating must be 100% cotton and stuffed with high quality, washable, polyfil. This is so that we can wash and dry them with high heat to ensure that they don't carry any germs into the NICU and don't trigger any allergic reactions.

Each plain white onesie that is donated will be sent off to screen printing where our slogan #VictoryLife will be placed on it. All NICU Care packages will be equipped with these encouraging onesies for our little fighters who are gaining victory everyday in each milestone they achieve.
